Hooters Hosts WSA North Central FL Expansion Event: Meet the Pros Night!

Any and all professional athletes are welcome to attend

SPECIAL EVENT: Proceeding after the Boxing Clinic, the WSA Ocala Meet the Pros 630pm-930pm at Hooters Ocala Ocala, Florida- HOOTERS of Ocala is teaming up once more with the WSA. This time on their home turf as the World Sports Alumni expands with the WSA North Central Florida Division!

October 20th this Saturday at 630pm-930pm, fans will be treated to a free meet the pros night. The newest division joins WSA Atlanta, WSA Northern VA/DC, WSA Jacksonville and headquarters in WSA Central FL. The WSA North CFL will comprise of Ocala, Wildwood, Bushnell, The Villages, Gainesville and other surrounding areas. Two of the key people growing the division are former NFL pros Clinton Hart of the Chargers/Eagles and Charlie Hawkins of the Jets.

"I'm honored to have been chosen to be a part of this amazing group. I will do everything in my power to grow the WSA in northern central Florida and beyond", said Hart, a 8 year veteran defensive back. Clinton now is the Owner and Founder of Healthy Harts Fitness, a versatile training facility providing coaching to everyday people all the way up to professional athletes.

Special guest instructors include Mark Lanton who was the US Army Boxing Champion & inducted into the Florida Boxing Hall of Fame. Also 8 year NFL pro Clinton Hart owner of Healthy Harts Fitness along with his younger brother NFL Pro Bowler Keanu Neal. $125 VIP registration includes lunch with Pinklon Thomas and all the celebrities. Registration is $50 per adult or $25 for kids. Students will be able to learn, ask questions, and take photos with all the stars. Starts at 11:00am ends at 1:00pm. The World Championship Boxing Clinic follows the WSA's pattern of educating people on specific sports, following the footsteps of the summer's Ron Dixon NFL Football Camp. The clinic is open to both adults and kids. "I'm excited about joining the WSA and helping to build this movement of professional athletes of all sports. I love teaching and training, so joining forces my fellow WSA brothers Clinton Hart and Mark Lanton makes it even more special", said Thomas who held the World Heavyweight Boxing title from 1984-1986. Pinklon also trained top amateur and pro fighters including legendary World Middleweight Champion Antonio Tarver.
